Booking Terms

Payments:  Payment of a deposit secures the booking - 50% deposit on booking, balance on arrival

A minimum of a 50% deposit is required on booking, to secure the booking. For bookings within the month of stay, 100% is due on booking to secure the booking.

Master & Visa & Diners and American express credit cards are accepted. Banking details are on the Rosebank Lodge invoice in the bottom left corner. Kindly use your invoice number and personal name as a reference. We regret that cheques are not accepted under any circumstances for payment.

In the event of premature departure, the full amount of the booking remains payable. Cancellations are subject to the following fees:

  • 7-14 days notice: 75% of the total is payable
  • 0-7 days notice: full deposit is forfeited
  • Some leniency will be given at our discretion. No Discounts for early departures.
